As a reminder, please let me know if you have any agenda items for our next meeting. Again, our meeting is in Palm Desert, CA on April 16-17th with an invitation to join the Desert Managers Group meeting on April 18th.
Reservations for your hotel should be made as soon as possible due to Coachella Fest. Russell Scofield has reserved a block of rooms at the Palm Desert Embassy Suites under the Desert Managers Group (DMG) code. Please call 800-362-2779 to make a reservation.
The meeting itself will be held at The Living Desert <http://www.livingdesert.org/>, which is a short drive from the hotel. The DLCC meeting, along with the Desert Managers Group meeting, will be hosted by Kim Nicol the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Inland Deserts Regional Manager.
Lastly, please welcome new Steering Committee representatives from the National Park Service. Stephanie Dubois, Superintendent at Mojave National Preserve, is replacing Martha Lee. Stephanie's alternate will be Bob Bryson, Chief of Resource Management at Mojave.
