The California Air Resources Board (CARB) will be holding a Northern California session of the public workshop to discuss the regulatory proposal for off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV).
At the request of stakeholders, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites interested parties to participate in a Northern California session of the public red sticker workshop on Thursday, May 17, 2018, in Sacramento, California, to discuss proposed regulatory amendments for Red Sticker off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV).
The Northern California session will include the same presentation and elements of the Southern California session but will be located in Sacramento to provide access for stakeholders in the area. The purpose of this workshop is to present and solicit public feedback on a draft regulatory proposal that would phase out the current Red Sticker program and reduce emissions from OHRV in California. Staff will discuss the projected costs and benefits of the proposal, and will outline various alternatives for consideration.
The details of the public workshop are as follows:

Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (PST)
