(Sept 11, 2013) - Eldorado NF announced that all 42 Route Appellants have withdrawn their appeals.  This process was difficult and at times frustrating but it has resulted in an agreement that will allow the Eldorado National Forest to focus on route monitoring, repair and opening.  Forest Supervisor Laurence Crabtree said, "I understand and appreciate the many phone calls, emails and discussions that you held with us, with each other and with the folks you represent.  I greatly respect the passion and leadership that each of you brought to this process.   Thank you!" Laurence Crabtree, Forest Supervisor, Eldorado National Forest, 530-621-5205
