Greetings California Mojave RIT members.  Below is the information you will need for making your travel arrangements for your first in-person RIT meeting.

Meeting Dates:        December 4-5, 2012

Meeting Times:        Meeting begins PROMPTLY at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, so please be ready to start at that time; meeting will end at around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5.

NOTE:  We are in the process of reserving blocks of rooms in both of these hotels, but since the paperwork is taking longer than normal we advise that you go ahead and make your reservations, and we will make sure that you receive the government rate.
